You Are Exactly Where You Need To Be

I want to reflect on mind mapping at the moment. First of all -- what is it? Mind mapping is a way to visually organize information. You start with the topic in the center, and branch out the ideas and steps to show how they are related. For example, you can mind map your room: ROOM is in the center, then draw out what parts of the room you want to work on. Then you branch out that branch into the action steps.  I was scrolling through Instagram and Pinterest, trying to find motivation for my room, photography and content, while I caught myself being starting to feel anxious about my life. I started using this mind mapping technique to find out why I was starting to feel anxious. I saw a gorgeous living room, felt myself thinking: I wish I had my own living room to decorate, then feeling worried that I'm not making enough money to be able to do that in future.
